Structural Engineering Design
From single member sizing to construction ready plans, we offer structural engineering design services to fit your specific project needs. We’re registered as a professional engineer in CO & AZ. Whether you’re looking to remove a bearing wall, add an outdoor covered patio, build a custom home, or just about anything in between - we can get you what you need when you need it!
Inspection & Assessment
We offer residential and commercial property inspection and assessment, if you’ve got a visual defect that you want to ensure isn’t structural or if you need a letter from a registered professional engineer regarding your property or project, we can help! We understand the urgency involved in real estate transactions which is why we guarantee a field visit and letter addressing our findings within 3 business days for local projects.
Drone Services
WISE Solutions is FAA Part 107 certified for commercial drone flight. We offer video and photographic fly-overs that can be used for anything from quantities, progress checks, to inspections and just about anything else when it comes to visual analysis.

Why We Exist
Carl Wilson, owner and principal of WISE Solutions, earned his bachelors degree in civil engineering from Northern Arizona University and his masters degree in structural engineering from Colorado State University. In the workforce, he gained experience by working in commercial, residential, and municipal facets of structural engineering. This diversity in experience aided Carl in earning his Professional Engineer certificate and has aided in being a well rounded engineer. Carl started WISE Solutions to provide himself the opportunity to interact with clients and utilize his diverse background. The grounding characteristic of WISE Solutions is a passion for serving people, with the desire for our clients to experience satisfaction, responsiveness, and efficiency!
